Technical Questions
Your Second CRM administrator can help you recover your password to log into Second CRM. If you are a Second CRM administrator and you have forgotten your username and/or password please contact Second CRM Support at support@secondcrm.com.
No. There is no difference, though for security reasons we have disabled few features in the demos, like Sending Email.
The features of Enterprise edition are same as in Professional, so for evaluation you can view the demo for the Professional edition. The major difference in Enterprise edition is the Premium Support.
We strongly discourage doing that, as firstly demos are exposed to public, which means others can see your confidential data. Secondly, we refresh the data after every certain interval and the whole data entered will be lost. For testing Second CRM with REAL data, please register for 30-day Free Trail.

No. Second CRM is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay quarter-to-quarter. If you cancel, you’ll not be billed again. Though we offer payment discounts if you choose to pay for more than a quarter.
Once you decide what edition fits your company best you can purchase directly from Second CRM website, or if your company is based in Malaysia, you can call Second CRM Sales for offline purchase process.

No. We offer free setup that can be created online, without any credit card details. You only pay when you want to upgrade from Trail to paid version.
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and your favorite PayPal. At this time we only accept checks from our customer based in Malaysia and for other countries its only online.
Currently for all our international customers we only accept payments in US dollars, though using PayPal you can pay in any currency of your choice, the current exchange rates will be charged. Malaysian customers can pay using Malaysian Ringgit also.
There are two kinds of discounts, “Buy more and Save” and “Pay in Advance and Save”. Depending upon the number of users you subscribe and the duration that you pay for, discounts will be calculated automatically.
After going though the Second CRM features and screenshots, you can register for a free One Month Trial, without entering any credit card details. At the end of 30 days, if you want to cancel the subscription, you won’t be charged a thing.
If you do choose to cancel your account anytime after the 30-day Free Trail is upgraded to Paid subscription, you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued and we don’t prorate for partial quarters.
Yep. Simply logon to the Second CRM Customer Portal and click on My Subscription on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

Second CRM's self-paced, web-based learning enables you to learn according to your schedule, whenever you want and wherever you are. Topics are organized in comprehensive role-based learning paths and include Learning Guides, "How Do I" Videos, and FAQ’s.
Instructor-Led Learning Sessions
Second CRM Instructor-led courses provide optimal learning conditions for subject matter that features extensive student-teacher interaction and include Seminars and Workshops. Seminars include product demonstrations and Q&A. Workshops are for advanced topics and include a combination of lectures, application demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. Second CRM courses are taught by Trained Second CRM trainers, who are certified by Second CRM to teach these courses. Courses are taught both online and in an in-person classroom setting.

Second CRM can only be deployed on-demand (on our servers), though for Second Enterprise, you can have it on a Private Cloud instance, managed by Second CRM. More information.
Yes. Subscriptions to Second CRM Editions include support plans, though depending upon edition the support levels are different. Support packages expire if subscriptions are not renewed. More information.
Second CRM offers free Getting Started Guide to help ease your company through the implementation process.
You can easily import data from another CRM solution, or even just a standard spreadsheet using the standard Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. You can import directly into the database, or use the import wizard found in the shortcut menus through out the application. Yes, all products are built on the same code base so you can easily move from one product to another. You’ll find the options to upgrade in Customer Portal, in near future. For now, you can contact support@secondcrm.com for manual upgrades, if required.
